Integrated support system - how to answer

We have a small Moodle website for online courses where people from different organizations can enroll autonomously and complete the training.

We've received support requests by people to the email we've provided as the supportemail in the administration>server panel, but when we receive the notification to our email address they contain a form where some users only enter "I have a problem" and we see the name, but no contact info, the email comes as sent by our own address and I have no info to answer.

Some of these users are not yet registered on the site and we have no way of finding out who they are.

Is there a way to find where in moodle these are stored to quickly reply to them (at least for the ones submitted by authenticated users)

Is there a way to edit the info that is sent and make it compulsory for users to enter their email when they send a support request?

Is there a way to add a captcha to the form or some other way of stopping bots from submitting support requests?

Thank you.
