I have a senior teacher in our organization, who has a non-editing teacher role. We want her to overlook progress of other groups too. For that, how should I help her view all groups, but restrict email notification -- that come to her inbox -- to come only from students of her groups?

Keeping just manager as her role, stops all emails at once, thus she doesn't know who has submitted the quizzes yet.

Keeping both manager and non-editing teacher as her role spams her inbox with email from all groups. Looks like, her being a manager makes her teacher of all groups, which triggers the spam.

She is an elderly person, and i don't want to burden her by teaching something new as a work around, but rather a new custom made role might solve this problem.

Please help me go about it. Please correct me if this is not the right place to post this discussion.
