What enrolmement method is being used? Which roles are getting a notification?
I’d think the notification settings would be part of the site admin plugin settings specific to the enrolment plugin you’re using. When I look and manual and self enrolment, there;’s options to notify about enrolment expiry, but not about new enrolments?
You might also look at Server/Reports/Event monitoring, in case some rules have been added toi notify about enrolments?
