Please help.
I experienced a problem, where the highest admin account in Moodle couldn't log in to Moodle.
for information:
1. previous moodle was smooth, eguru theme
2. Just because there is a need for several material display formats in Moodle, several plugins have been added
3. All plugins installed are in accordance with the existing version of Moodle, and 2 plugins were installed successfully
4. However, there was 1 htmlboostrapeditor plugin that failed to install, and finally I canceled it
5. However, after logging out and wanting to log in to Moodle again with an admin account, I couldn't
6. Appears like the screen shot image I sent
Can anyone help overcome this problem sir/madam?
