I suggest you start learning to use Moodle by taking the Moodle Teaching Basics series of courses on the site Moodle.Academy. You'll be advised to get a MoodleCloud site if you are unable to get a hosted Moodle site elsewhere. Then you'll be able to create you own courses and add quizzes.
