It is a pleasure to be here today among the many that use Moodle software.
I began an offline community last year, so I thought of creating an online quiz for my community and students. I have gone through the site, and I understand I will have a course creator right to be able to create a course and add quizzes.

Hello and welcome! This site is for discussing how to use the Moodle software. I suggest you start learning to use Moodle by taking the Moodle Teaching Basics series of courses on the site Moodle.Academy. You'll be advised to get a MoodleCloud site if you are unable to get a hosted Moodle site elsewhere. Then you'll be able to create you own courses and add quizzes.
