Installing and upgrading help

I solved problems and succeeded in moodle installation.
There were several php packages needed and a variable setting.

Originally I followed the procedure outlined in this document.

However, this guide was not sufficient for successful installation, and more,
there were no necessary messages from the system during installation, if you follow this guide.

One should follow this document.

While i follow the procedure in cli mode as this guide shows,
the system messages guided me what php packages are lacking, and what variable should be set.

I set the max_input_vars to 10000 in /etc/php/8.2/cli/php.ini file.
