I have a moodle 3.9 site connected with an Active Directory for authentication and i am currently having issues with some of the new users. The users have been added to the AD but when they try to log in to Moodle it doesnt work and site errors say that User Does Not exsit - its a new user.
the username consists of firstname with a "." and last name. I have allowed special characters for usernames and the settings for user attribute in LDAP settings is samaccountname. The LDAP connection is working fine but i dont reallyu know what to do anymore.
please help?
