I am Trying to add embedded quiz in the page content. For this purpose i am using Embed question filter. I am following there provided documentation. but after following all steps I can not find 'insert question' option in my atto editor as mentioned there.

you have as well to install "Embed question atto button" which you can find on
https://moodle.org/plugins/atto_embedquestion/versions .
After installing this you have to activate the button itself!
So you have to dig a little deeper to [site_admin]/[filters]/[text editiors]/[Atto toolbar settings].
Scrolling down you'll get:
[Toolbar config] where you have to insert the filter/button manually by typing (wherever you want, e.g. at the list-submenu)

Having done this you have to go to a page/course/.. and you have to insert an activity
[Text and media area] (4.+; former it was sth like [Label]).
And finally you'll find the button:

Please note:
You can only embed questions that are in the category of this page/course/...
To my knowledge you can only embed single questions (even selected randomly) and NOT quizzes!

I have already installed "Embed question atto button" also and added it in atto config. but still embed question option does not appeared.

Before you can embed a question

Questions can only be embedded from course question banks, and they
can only be embedded if they have an 'idnumber' set, and are in
a cateogry with an 'idnumber'.
