Moodle documentation: Edit Moodle help icon in 1.6 ?

Hi,
I am wondering about the help icons in 1.6, how and who is going to edit them? 

Where are they in the moodle file structure? 

I am thinking of editing the help button that is at the top of the lesson edit view, which is titled "Overview".   How is the best way to share my thoughts/efforts?  MoodleDocs "Overview lesson" ?
