Wrong topic selected when clicking on a topic in the Course Index

Hello,
Has anyone noticed bugs in the course index in version 4.1.7?


I just have downloaded Moodle 4.1.7 from https://download.moodle.org/windows/

Then I've created a new Course, without adding any content, 
the course created has the default 4 topics.

Clicking in a topic in the left course-index,  will not mark the correct topic.

Can replicate Hector, but not sure exactly how to fix. Possibly something to do with the anchors and the way the JS works.
