Am I misremembering something I wonder. Is it possible to write a web services API endpoint (perhaps in a local plugin) that carries out functions implemented in someone else's plugin? Not core.
Is there some documentation on doing it?
I've found a ticket response from the lead developer of the plugin I want to create a web service API for which says he has no requirement in his implementation for WS APIs and didn't intend to write one. I thought I might give it a go and if he likes it I can then maybe add it to his plugin later.
