hi martin,

My name is giacomo I am italian so I beg yr pardon for my english that obviously is not perfect.

I found yr program very usefull, I installed it on my local host the version 1.0.8 dev (2002122301) I have a little problem in manage forums. This is the problem:

I start a topic and when a user send a reply I see i.e Discuss this topic (2 replies so far). Well when I try to see the answer none is displayed, I tryed to order the replies in different ways but still no answer is displayed. May be I am working in a wrong way but up to now I could not find a solution to this problem. Regards and happy new year 2003.

Thanks for the report. I hadn't noticed this bug yet. I've just fixed it in CVS.

Recently there have been some big changes to Moodle which (along with providing great new features) have introduced some new bugs. Testers who can help find these in the nightlies are very welcome (please don't use 1.0.8 dev in production environments).

Thanks for the prompt aswer. I downloaded the last nightly version and the problem is solved. Continuing my tests on the excellent moodle I have noted another little bug. When I try to export student data in excel format or in text format I receive a lot of errors!. This function, if this can help you, was perfectly working in release 1.0.6.4 but was not workinkfrom release 1.0.7. on.
