we're planning on rolling out SCIM via Azure AD so that users can be created and deleted in sync with Azure AD users without any interaction from a Moodle admin https://github.com/catalyst/moodle-local_user_provisioning
Now we also want to enrol users on a specific course once they are created and before they first login. This is because new users in our Org need a compliance training and we don't want to rely on them first loggin in to Moodle so that Auto Enrol and Reengagement take over. Instead, the user needs to be enroled on creation and then the plugins do the rest.
Is there a way to achieve this?
