I have just downloaded the newest version of Moodle 1.6 (Beta 5). I installed it in my local machine (Windows), and I had set my Moodle time to "timezone: Server time", However Moodle is one hour forward. My PC is set to GMT -04:00 (Santiago's Time).
But If I go and set Moodle timezone to GMT -4, then Moodle is set to the same time as my PC.
So, my question is, if the server is set to GMT -4:00 and Moodle is set to "Server Time", then Moodle is getting GMT -3?
