We have a common issue where our users go to forgotten password screen they are asked for their username or email. There is  a box for both. Most of our users complete both or autofill completes both, they press return, and receive the below message. "Enter either Username or password"

They then contact support to resolve the issue, who tell them they only have to enter one of the other but not both. We get about ten requests a week regarding this. If there were a way to comment out one or the other on moodlecloud we'd appreciate it.

I understand on a regular Moodle install there is a way to comment out, but I don't think we can on MoodleCloud? I'd suggest that only 'email' remains.
