I'm having trouble today accessing pdf files using external tools. I never had an issue with this without seeing that ModSecurity blocking access. However, when I look in the logs, I'm not seeing any blocking but a list of errors that I have no knowledge of. Could someone please assist me on this as this is causing a disruption to our classes.

Picture of Particularly helpful Moodlers
Did you recently upgrade your moodle?
If so, did copy back into new code directory the local_joulgrader as well as mod_hsuforum and local_mr from old code directory?

The plugin local_joulegrader seems to be involved.
https://github.com/open-lms-open-source/moodle-local_joulegrader/blob/master/README.md

It has dependencies ... mod_hsuforum, mod_assign, and local_mr
(the last one: mr = moodlerooms ... a former Moodle Partner

The more info link from above:
https://support.openlms.net/en/instructor/grading/open-grader/
Unfortunately begets an 'oops' page ... doesn't exist.

I don't have the plugin installed so no first hand knowledge ... just trying to point you in a direction where you might find/get help.

Thanks Ken for responding,

No, we have not upgraded yet. We currently are on 3.10. I'll have to look at that plugin to see the issue.

Hi Ken, I apologize for the late response. I figured out the original issue, which was that I did not put the right access code for the custom parameters for the pdf access. I'm still though getting that error code even with the acces code in there. I did see that I may need to upgrade to 3.11 as it was stated somewhere that it was fixed in that version.
