Hello to all our Community members,
I write today with important information about changes to the Moodle Community team.
With sadness, we will be saying goodbye to Aurelie Soulier (Moodle Community Engagement Lead) in early January, as she has decided to pursue different opportunities.
Since Aurelie joined Moodle HQ, she has greatly valued the opportunity to lead the team who maintain and enhance the moodle.org websites and has overseen a number of important enhancements to the user interface and functionality of these sites. She has worked closely with Moodle product owners and others within Moodle HQ and will especially miss her work contributing and liaising with the vibrant community that Moodle supports.
Recruitment for the Moodle Community Sites Manager role is underway and we encourage all Moodle Community members to share the role within their own networks. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
We are happy that Aurelie will remain active in the Moodle Community and we thank her for all her efforts over the past years, both working directly with Moodle HQ and for all her contributions as a valued member of the Moodle Community, including her time on the Moodle Users Association committee.
We wish Aurelie all the best in her future endeavours.
