I have created a Moodle assignment and enabled Turnitin. My students are not able to see feedback added in the feedback studio. They are experiencing the following error.

It looks like your turnitin integration has not been set up correctly. I would start there.

Thank you for your prompt reply, Emma. Below are the settings selected for the Turnitin plugin. Can you please guide me with what went wrong?

I don't use Turnitin but the error is referencing the url - I am guessing there some sort of webservice or LTI connection to turnitin. That is where the problem probably is.
