It looks like your turnitin integration has not been set up correctly. I would start there.

Thank you for your prompt reply, Emma. Below are the settings selected for the Turnitin plugin. Can you please guide me with what went wrong?

I don't use Turnitin but the error is referencing the url - I am guessing there some sort of webservice or LTI connection to turnitin. That is where the problem probably is.
