Hello,

I am currently trying to set up the Document Converter plugin within MoodleCloud, using Google Drive

I have set up the OAuth and completed the steps in MoodleCloud to enable Google Drive within Moodle. However I am getting this error message when clicking "System Account Enabled":



I think it is related to the "Authorized Domains" I have set up in OAuth the "Authorized domain 1" as moodlecloud.com, I think this is the issue.

Would anyone be able to offer some insight in how to correct this?

Hi George, 

Sorry for the late response. 

After you have successfully set up OAuth 2 Services, make sure that the System account connected email has a check mark next to it. 

Otherwise you may need to check the following:
  • On your Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 Client IDs, you have at least a record of "https://yoursubdomain.moodlecloud.com/admin/oauth2callback.php" on the Authorized redirect URIs section.
  • On Plugins / Document converters / Google Drive, set the OAuth 2 service to Google.
  • On the same web page, click the Test this converter is working properly to check if if returns "This document converter is configured properly."
  • You may also review your settings in "Configure Google Drive plugin"
