So maybe because cron has not be run in 14 days?
Looks ok to me on my remotely hosted 4.3.highest .. updated via git just today as matter of fact.
So ... run cron from command line - multiple times - or setup cron to auto run every minute. For how to do that with the localhost version of Moodle on a Mac ... consult Moodle4Mac forums.
