Error when installing Moodle 4.3

◄ error/generalexceptionmessage when accessing the administration notifications section
Mixed Moodle versions detected, upgrade cannot continue error despite clearing folder ►

I deleted my public directory, my data directory, the database and reinstalled clean again and it is working.
I guess we can attribute this to user error 🤷‍♂️
