I have a client who purchased Pulse Pro. They are asking me to install the plugin on their Moodle 3.9.16 environment (yes - I know they need to upgrade soon). Which version should I install? Is Pulse 1.3 compatible with Moodle 3.9.16?
I am a new user, so excuse the somewhat ignorant question.

"Pulse Pro" sounds like the commercial version. I would expect the compatibility to be the same as the free version. See https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_pulse/versions. If commercial, it must include support. The contacts are listed in https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_pulse/.
