Dear moodlecloud.
My company will be providing moodle sites for our customers, that is based on moodlecloud. In those cases, my company will be a processor and moodlecloud a subprocessor.
The current DPA from Moodlecloud states that my company is the controller and Moodlecloud the processor, which will be incorrect. I guess that we will have to write in out processing agreement that moodlecloud is a subprocessor regardless of the text in Moodlecloud's DPA but if would be nice if the DPA also included provision for when Moodlecloud acts a as subprocessor.
