I've created event monitoring rules to notify teachers when students are enrolled or unenrolled from a course. However, the teacher must remember to subscribe to that rule each semester for each course they teach. As an admin, I can subscribe to the rule at the site level. Is there a way for my teachers to also subscribe at the site level so they always get enrollment notifications in courses where they have the role of teacher?
