Missing user profile fields

Missing user profile fields

Hello everyone. Does anyone have any idea what happened with the user profile (custom) fields. After the last update (Moodle version 4.1.4+ (Build: 20230707)) the profile user page no longer show it all those fields. Any hints? Thanks in advance for your kind answers

Thank you for responde Cedric. Yes, fields and data still there, visibility was set for everyone, but the profile page only shows email, city and address

We're using Moove theme, and yes, it's updated to the latest version. At the begining i thinked the same, "it has to be the theme" but the same thing occurs with the boost and classic themes. They also show the same issue.

yes, I'm admin in the platform. we have moodle 3.10 installed in other machine, same data, and the problem doesn't exist there. I guess I'm missing something. In the meantime i found this in the moodle tracker : MDL-63296 - Optional user profile fields not shown in full profile. But is tagged not as priority.
