Hello Everyone,
We are currently using Moodle 4.2.1+ and we have trouble using RecordRTC Audio Recording feature on Chrome.
When we record an audio and then try to attach it, the following errors show up on the screen.
The same error does not show up on Firefox and it is able to correctly detect the codes as OGG.
We have also tried switching between ATTO & TinyMCE, and both have same error on chrome but both of the editors "audio records" works fine on Firefox.
We are using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 11.
Also the functionality worked on previous version of website that was using Moodle 3.x but after upgrading moodle, the audio recording works fine and we can preview the recorded audio but the "attach recording" button is broken and throws error as in attached screenshot.
Please help and provide some insight on what could be a possible solution.
