Hi, 
I have a course in Hebrew. The course is on programming languages.  We want to add a glossary.  Is it possible to set just the glossary activity to be shown in English (the English alphabet) without changing the language of the whole course?

You could try forcing the language from Glossary settings > Common module settings (if you are using Moodle 4.1 or later) However, while that will show the interface in English, it won't stop people adding entries in Hebrew (assuming they are allowed to add glossary entries)
