Feature Request - Relative dates mode for expected completion dates

Hi development team!

Hope this is the right place for potential requests, if not please direct me accordingly 微笑

Being able to set relative dates mode on a course is great for assignments on Moodle courses, but it would also be good if it could incorporated into 'Expected completion on' dates. 

This would be great for users to complete time specific tasks on 'roll on/rolloff courses.

I found the feature Expect completed on dates relative to the student's start date reported in the tracker as MDL-66346. You can vote for the issue to indicate that you'd like the feature to be implemented. You may also want to watch the issue in order to receive update notifications.

I would like to suggest that the assignment or quiz date change according to start date of course. So if the course start date changes I do not need to change dates of assignments and quizzes. This is very useful if the course is taken in fall and winter.

Hi Essam,

Relative dates is already implemented for assignment submission due dates and cut-off dates. For more details, please see the documentation Course relative dates.

Relative dates are not yet implemented in the Quiz activity though. The issues are MDL-66349, MDL-66350, MDL-66419 and MDL-66420 if you'd like to vote for them.

Is it still the case that the relative dates features was implemented in a place where they don't have daylight-saving time, and therefore, it does not work well with DST changes?
