We are using the new custom certificates module. We created a template a few years ago that's been working great.
Starting a few months ago we started having iPhone users complain certain characters weren't showing correctly. It worked fine on any other device, if they printed it or if using the Adobe Acrobat app (rather than the reader built into their email app). We mostly put it on the back burner but as it's still going on we'd like to figure out why.
The same PDF works fine on other devices (Even if the iPhone user forwards their copy of it).
I've tried changing the font, position, size, etc. but can't seem to figure it out.
Any ideas? Any assistance or suggestions is greatly appreciated!
