image not showing when importing chapter as html

Hello,
I am facing a problem while importing chapters as HTML in the book resource, everything works well except the images not showing.
I am sure that the zip file I import contains both the HTML file and the resource folder that contains the image and as I know from the documentation it is supposed to change the relative path to the absolute path which doesn't happen in my case

anyone have an idea why this happening ?

Hi Heba, 

I have experienced this issue a couple of times. I was thinking that it might be due to the way the images were inserted in the original book. Do you know in your case how the images were inserted in the book?

it is inserted as a picture in the Word file

If you’re using the Word import plugin then images in the Word file must be a) inserted, not linked; b) GIF, JPEG or PNG format, not BMP or WMF; and c) not Word Draw objects.
