We have installed version 3.10.1 of the module.
After installing the proctoring plugin quizaccess_proctoring_moodle41_2023040600, an update window appeared.

After clicking Continue an error appears.


Then we removed the plugin and clicked the Continue button. The following error appears

Do you have PHP running behind a load balancer etc.

The 502 suggests that the PHP process has taken longer than the LB is willing to allow....

The next ones suggest that the PHP service can't access moodle.org so is that firewalled, as Error 28 relates to a curl timeout.
