First, regarding the error on language customization, that has been solved, it was only an issue with a plugin which has been fixed.

The db collation has been changed to utf8mb4_unicode_ci, there was a notice in the environment page and now its resolved. But still getting the same message on the language packs page "Your server does not seem to fully support the following languages".

In addition, the calendar months or date is still appearing only in english so that didn't solve it unfortunately.

Am I missing anything?
