STACK and JSX Graph Function R^2-> R^3

I would like to define a sphere in JSX Graph. Therefore I found the following instruction (pic 1) online.

When I copy this to my own test, the arrow (=>) is always translated by moodle to html code (=>), so the ">" symbol is always translated. 

Does anyone of you have a possible solution for that problem?

In the Moodle editor, you should switch to HTML mode (</> Button), and edit then. This seems to me the only solution
