In course A there is a recording of a presentation, this can also be played.

When I import the recording into course B, I can no longer play it and the icon with the eye disappears (see screenshot).

Does anyone have an idea?

I found a workaround for this. It was not showing up until I purged the cache. You can try the same https://docs.moodle.org/402/en/Developer_tools#Purge_all_caches

Since we were not able to fix ist, The Problem was solved by an expert.

The problem is being addressed in https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-79148 If you have access to the Moodle code, a workaround is mentioned in the ticket that you can use.
