Thank you for this plugin. I just want to ask about the email notification.
I am using Custom Certificate version 4.1 with Moodle version 4.1.1. After completing the course and viewing the certificate, it takes 3-5 days before receiving the certificate via email. I have tried several times, but the email continues to be delayed.
But this plugin is really awesome, it is very customizable and flexible.
That doesn't sound like a plugin issue - check your cron and your scheduled tasks...I would guess something is set to only send out emails every few days.

It is now working, I re-install the plugin and re-configured the scheduled task.
