Moodle 4.X : Description show twice

Hi,

We're running the questionnaire activity 4.0.0 (Build - 2022030300), on a Moodle 4.1.1+.

When you put text in the description of a questionnaire, it shows twice on the first page, once into the grey frame, once under it, as shown here in red :

Hello Valentin,

This issue has been reported on the Questionnaire github at https://github.com/PoetOS/moodle-mod_questionnaire/issues/420 and it's reported as having been fixed.

Try to update to Questionnaire version 4.0.0 (Build - 2023030700) 2022092201
