Installing a plugin

Installing a plugin

I have installed the attendance plugin in the /moodle/mod directory and I though moodle was supposed to detect the plugin and prompt for install but I do not see any refence to the attendance plugin and I cannot seem to find it in the plugins section in site administration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would start by checking permissions on the folder...and did you expand it and copy the folder in there?
