Hello,

I have used attendance plugin in my university since last year. But, lately, after we upgrade to version 3.11.17 (we use Moodle 3.11+), we found that the QR Code is missing, even for the past classes.

Strangely, in our development site it works well:



Anyone ever experienced this kind of issue?

Any help or thought is appreciated!

I have seen custom themes hide that icon before - if you're using a custom theme can you try switching to "boost" to see if it re-appears? - also make sure you are using the latest version of the attendance plugin available for your version of Moodle - sometimes when an organisation upgrades their Moodle site they forget to update the plugins as well!
