Error message when trying to enter the zoom meeting section

When I try to enter the Zoom meetings section in this new course that I'm instructing in I get the following error:


The funny thing is that I'm not new to zoom, my email address in moodle is compatible with my zoom account, and I can enter this section from other courses in which I'm a student. 

I'm very confused and I don't know what to try.

Hi David,

To me, it looks like the Zoom plugin is not configured on your server. Perhaps this is a new server? There should be a Zoom URL inside of the double quotes, but it's completely empty. If your Moodle administrator is able to confirm that some users are able to create new Zoom meeting activities, then more investigation will be needed.
