I would like to ask if it is possible to extend moodle in a way to add default hours for the availability of assignments (marked in yellow in the following screenshot) - something similar to the default value that can be set for the duedate and cutoffdate, see settings page category.php?category=modassignfolder or https://docs.moodle.org/401/en/Assignment_settings
I think I could work on a pull request but perhaps some guidance on which files would need to get edited might be helpful.
In general: Would this be a feature you were willing to add to moodle?
