I have been struggling for a while with something so I thought I'd make sure I'm not missing something obvious.
We have an elaborate category scheme that matches our institution's faculty and department hierarchy and have followed the instructions at enrolled a fair number program administrators as managers in those categories.
What I'm stumped about is how these users would access those courses? Since they're not enrolled in the courses themselves, they don't show up on their dashboards.
Basically we're looking for a method to somehow show these user's their own categories and the courses within them.
We currently only use the front page for static content so would be open to that possibility (if we could somehow limit access to the only each user's assigned categories (and ensure that regular users don't see something they shouldn't.)
