Moodle 4.1
Seems as though somewhere a pass/fail threshold was set someone but we can't find it. It is way off. Any thoughts as to where this is coming from? Thanks for any help.

You can find where it's set if you go into Gradebook setup then edit the settings for the whole course category. You may need to click 'Show more...' to see the setting 'Grade to pass'.
