I've updated Collapsed Topics for Moodle 4.0 as follows:
Release 400.1.2 for Moodle 4.0 version 2022041900.00 (Build: 20220419) and above within the MOODLE_400_STABLE branch until the next release:

with:
- Fix 'Indentation changes do not show until page refresh' - related to #126.
- Fix 'Error when restoring course backup file (with no files included in backup)' - CONTRIB-9019.
- Changed to semantic versioning 2.0.0 (https://semver.org/) for the release value, whereby the 'major' number is the Moodle core branch number. The 'version' property still needs to follow the Moodle way in order for the plugin to operate within the core API.
**Important!**
To support drag and drop editing, the sections will be shown in order in one column regardless of the number of columns setting. This is because of the complexities of the functionality, please do not report it as a bug.
