If this is not possible, is there any other way to generate such report, via plugin?
If you select Username for the Show user identity setting (under Site administration ▸ Users ▸ User policies) then the username will appear in this report.
Note that this is a site-wide setting, username will appear in any similar report such as the Browse list of users page.
