Enrolment

This was suggested elsewhere, perhaps by Randy Thornton - for those students that you want to retain the course history, manually enroll the student and suspend the manual enrollment. Then un-enroll them from the cohort.
Lots of work - but unfortunately the functionality to suspense a member of a cohort does not exist.
