After Upgrade Moodle 3.9. to 4.0.1 - no more backup or restore working
Backup or restore appears, I can click it on and install but it never finishes!
I have done the same upgrade on another website and it works fine there!
Any Idea?

Could asynchronous backups be enabled but the cron isn't being run (or isn't able to complete).
Check the Enable asynchronous backups setting under Site administration > Courses > Backups > Asynchronous backup/restore. And check the Notifications page to see if it shows any warnings or errors.
