Please message me the link (and I'll update this hopefully within 48 hours due to illness) to the post in the 'General' forum as you have not followed the Site Policy under 'Post your question in one forum only' on https://moodle.org/mod/page/view.php?id=7080. I have also locked this post to prevent replies causing confusion and duplicate attempts to possibly solve something that will get solved in one thread then that is not clear to the readers in another because they are not aware of the other one, thereby wasting their time.
