Files within Folders - Appearance

Hi

When I add files I can set them up to open as a new window, pop up etc.  However, when they are contained within a folder I don't have any such options and they always force downloads.

Am I missing something or is this just how it is?

Hi Lisa,

This is the design of the "folder" resource. Depending on what file you are uploading, we can explore some other methods that give you the desired outcome. Just let us know what you are currently doing and what your plan is. Also include some screenshots and what files you are presenting.
